Refund policy

We have a 7 day review policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your items to request a damaged or incorrect item claim. 

To be eligible for this request, your items must be damaged, unworn or unused, or the incorrect item.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

At this time return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer once your request has been accepted. We’ll send you a confirmation email containing instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and may end up lost. Once items have been process we will return item shipping cost on us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, customized item, personalization or gift cards.

No Refunds
Due to the nature of our business, many of our items are custom made items and are commissioned. Please notify us once your receive your item for damages. After you submit your claim, and we’ve received and inspected your item, we will let you know if the item was approved or not for repair. Please contact us at neonhillgotskillz@yahoo.com.
